Corinna Mehner began in the German film industry in 1992, working with well known directors like Caroline Link, Hans-Christian Schmid and Dominik Graf in various positions such as 2nd assistant director, casting of children, 1st location manager and production manager, having projects such as JENSEITS DER STILLE, PÜNKTCHEN UND ANTON, HIMMEL UND HÖLLE, DIE APOTHEKERIN and MÜNCHEN, GEHEIMNISSE EINER STADT on her track record.
From 1999 Corinna Mehner played a major role in establishing Asset Media Munich, a company specialized in 3D- animation. As line producer Ms. Mehner was responsible for setting up production and script development departments, working on several animation series, financing and organizing productions, developing trailers as sales tools, and advising clients.
In 2001 Ms. Mehner became head of production at the Film Fund MFP/KGAL of the Dresdner Bank, where she was able to take a close look at the inner structures of major Hollywood studios such as Paramount. On behalf of KGAL Ms. Mehner was involved in big-budget Hollywood productions such MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 2, DER ANSCHLAG, ZOOLANDER and ABANDONED.
From 2002 Ms. Mehner became managing director of Velvet Mediendesign GmbH, the internationally most successful media design company in Germany. Velvet Mediendesign produces television commercials for Arte, Sat1, Showtime, Star TV, TVN, Telemadrid, Al-Jazeera, etc. Here she was responsible for personnel, contracts, production, controlling, marketing and planning.
In August 2003, Corinna Mehner founded blue eyes Fiction GmbH & Co. KG together with Martin Husmann, the managing director of blue eyes Film & Television GmbH & Co. KG. Ms Mehner is the managing director and co-owner of blue eyes Fiction.
Since founding blue eyes Fiction has produced the German debut feature 3° COLDER, which won a Silver Leopard in Locarno, and the European coproduction SHADOWS, which premiered in the Special Presentations section at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2007. Her third project, the children's films LILLY THE WITCH was be released by Walt Disney Studios in February 2009 and attracted 1.2 Mio viewers in Germany. Martin Husmann began his career as print journalist and graduate of the Axel-Springer- School for Journalism, before getting in touch with TV business as News Editor for the young TV-Broadcaster Tele 5 Munich.
Markus Golisano is Head of Finance and Line Producer. He has been with the company since its inception in 2003. He is responsible for cost calculations and monitoring for blue eyes Fiction. As line producer he heads the production team during production. In the past he has been a freelanced Line Producer and worked also as management consultant for companies in the media industry.

Carolin Dassel joined the team as assistant Producer in November 2007 to advance to the position of Creative Producer in 2009. She is a graduate of the Munich Film Academy in directing and has excellent contacts to the young generation of filmmakers. In the past ten years she has realized a number of documentaries as producer, director and cinematographer including various shoots on location in India, Italy and Finland. Carolin Dassel’s years of production experience are a strong asset for structuring development and production.In 2003 she launched her own company together with Joseph Reidinger, Head of Laboratory, Film & TV Services and Digital of ARRI. Together with Mr. Reidinger, Carolin Dassel produces feature length documentaries, as well as aiming towards docudramas and the coproduction of feature films.Currently she is producing LILLY THE WITCH - THE JOURNEY TO MANDOLAN, which has entered the postproduction and will proceed to take responsibility for YOKO.
